- Prepare 1/2 lb of Medium shrimp.
- Take 1 packages of Perdue grilled chicken.
- It’s 1 can of Stewed tomatoes.

- You need 1 of Onion.
- You need 1/2 tbsp of Garlic powder.
- Take 1/2 tsp of Cajun spice.
- You need 1 of White or yellow rice cooked.
My Jambalaya instructions
- Dice the onion and green pepper into nice size pieces.
- Slice the keilbasa place in a skillet and brown ..
- Add onion and green pepper let cook for about 5 minutes..
- Add undrained stewed tomatoes and half cup of chicken broth. Season bring to a boil then reduce heat to simmer cover..
- Add cooked rice and chicken mix well. Add raw peeled shrimp cover let simmer until shrimp is cooked.
