Mix Dal Manchurian instructions

  1. First take a mixer blender jar.. add soaked pulses and blend/grind them to make paste..
  2. Take it in a bowl and add all purpose flour, corn flour, salt, black pepper powder and pinch of baking soda…Mix well and keep aside..
  3. Heat oil for deep fring in a pan or wok..
  4. Meanwhile prepare the gravy..Heat 1tbsp of oil in another pan and add cabbage, capsicum and spring onion..Stir fry on medium flame till soft…Add ginger garlic paste saute for a while..
  5. In a small bowl add 1tbsp of cornflour and 2 tbsp of water to make a paste and keep aside..
  6. Now add all the sauses in the first pan and mix well…Add cornflour paste and continue stir..Till thicken..add water as required…and Add salt and pepper powder…Mix well…Add fresh coriander..And switch the flame off..
  7. Now in heated oil..to Fry manchurian…take small portion /spoonful of batter..Drop into oil..And fry till golden brown…On medium flame (pour 8-10 balls at a time.. Shouldn't be stick with each other).
  8. While serving…heat sause pan…And add manchurian balls in the gravy…Mix until well combined.. Switch the flame off… Garnish with chopped spring onion…And serve hot..
