Mix Dal Manchurian instructions

  1. First grind all mix soaked pulses in blender jar to make smooth paste..
  2. Take it in a bowl add all purpose flour, cornflour, salt, black pepper and pinch of baking soda.Mix well and keep aside..
  3. Heat oil in a deep pan or wok for frying..
  4. Take spoonful of batter and drop into hot oil and fry till golden brown on medium flame (drop 8-10 at a time.. Shouldn't be stick with each other).
  5. In a small bowl add 1tbsp cornflour and 2 tbsp water mix it to make paste…Keep aside..
  6. For making gravy – add 1tbsp of oil in a pan…Add cabbage, capsicum and spring onion…..Stir and cook till soft…add ginger garlic paste…Saute…Add all sauses and mix….Add cornflour paste and continue stir till thicken…Add water as required… Stir…Add salt and black pepper..Mix well…Add fresh chopped coriander..And switch off the flame..
  7. While serve….heat sause pan… add dal manchurian ball in gravy saute till well combined…And garnish with chopped spring onion..
  8. Serve hot..
