Ingredients of Murgh Malai Tikka

- Make ready 1 tbsp of Ginger and garlic paste.
- You need 100 ml of Cream.
- You need 1 tsp of Chilli powder.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Yoghurt.
- Make ready 1 tbsp of Butter.
- It’s to taste of Salt.
Murgh Malai Tikka step by step
- Wash boneless chicken pieces well..
- Add yoghurt and lemon juice..
- Add ginger garlic paste, chilli powder and salt..
- Add cream or malai and mix well..
- Marinate it in refrigerator for overnight..
- After marination take it out from refrigerator and thread the chicken pieces onto the skewers..
- Cook on tandoor or grill in OTG for 30 minutes on 240℃..
- After grilled, brush butter on tikkas..
- Serve hot with onions slices and lemon wedges..
