  11. Prepare 10-12 of destalked Kashmiri red chilli.

  13. Make ready 4-5 tbs of vinegar.
  14. You need 1/4 tsp of salt.
  15. You need of Rest of the ingredients for cooking.
  16. It’s 1 tbsp of oil.
  17. Take 1/4 tsp of mustard seeds.
  18. Prepare 2 of small cinnamon sticks.
  19. Prepare 2 of onions finely chopped.
  20. You need 1 of tomato finely chopped.
  21. Prepare 1 of spring curry leaves.
  22. Prepare 1/4 tsp of sugar.
  23. You need 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.

How to Make Anglo-Indian Pork Vindaloo.Marinate the pork with the salt, vinegar, chilli powder, cumin powder, pepper powder, mustard powder, turmeric powder and garlic paste for about.To male Vindaloo Paste; Place the ginger, garlic, chilli, turmeric, cardamon, cloves peppercorns, cinnamon, coriander, cumin seeds and lemon juice in a food processor.ANGLO-INDIAN PORK BHOONIE (Pork cooked With Dill Leaves).

  1. After dry roasting the above ingredients, allow to cool. Now combine all the ingredients under โ€˜marinadeโ€™ to a very smooth paste.

  5. Add onions and fry well till it changes colour to brown
  6. Add sugar
  7. Add tomato and fry well till it gets mushy
  8. Add the turmeric and fry for a min
  9. Add the curry patta and fry for a min
  10. Now add the marinated pork and fry for 5 mins on high flame. Keep stirring so that the masala does not get stuck to the bottom or gets burnt..
    1. Add 1 to 1.5 cups boiling water (depending on the consistency you want) and give it a good stir
  11. Add salt if required
  12. Pressure cook for 20min (4-5 whistles) on medium flame
  13. Turn off the gas and let the cooker release pressure on it own
  14. Once you open the lid, there will be gravy but if you wish to dry the meat more turn on the gas on medium to high flame stirring occasionally for the water to evaporate and get the desired consistency..
