  2. Make ready 5 of large onion chopped.
  3. It’s 5 of large tometos.
  4. Prepare 1 cup of Gram split pulse.
  5. Take 1 Tbs of salt.
  6. Make ready 1 of and half tsp red chilli crushed.
  7. You need 1 cup of Oil.

Louky Daal step by step

  1. Peel off,cut and wash lokey.

  5. Let's start. Take a pan turn on flame and add oil..
  6. Add spices in hot oil.you can add spices according to your taste.
  7. Add little water and mix it.
  8. Now add onion and cook until they become light brown and little soft.
  9. They will look like this.
  10. Now add tomatoes.
  11. Mix.
  12. Add louki and mix.
  13. Cover the lid for 2mints they will water…
  14. Keep stirring. Cook on medium to low flame.
  15. After few minutes they will change there colour and become soft.
  16. Cook untill they are completely done. Louki is full of water so they will be cooked in it's own water.
  17. You can see it's almost done.
  18. It's time to add pulse.
  19. Mix and cook for five to ten minutes.
  20. Delicious louki is ready..
  21. Sprinkle coriander leaves and turn off the flame.
  22. Serve and enjoy.
