Ingredients of Khaman Dhokla

  1. Take 2 cup of soaked rice.
  2. Make ready 1 cup of gram pulse soaked.
  3. It’s 1/2 cup of moong pulse soaked.
  4. You need 2 tbsp of urad pulse soaked.
  5. Make ready 1.5 tbsp of fruit salt.
  6. It’s to taste of Salt.
  7. You need 1 tsp of turmeric powder.
  8. Take 2 of finally chopped green chilli.
  9. Take 2 tbsp of ginger-garlic paste.
  10. Prepare 3 tbsp of fresh curd.
  11. Make ready Tadka ingredients of .
  12. Make ready 4 tbsp of mustard oil.
  13. It’s 2 tbsp of black mustard.
  14. You need 2 stick of curry leaves.
  15. Prepare 2-3 half of cut green chilli.
  16. Make ready 1 tsp of cumin seeds.
  17. You need 1 tsp of white sesame (optional).

Khaman Dhokla step by step

  1. Soak all the pulses and rice for at least 2 hours.Grind in fine paste as well.Try to make a thick paste..
  2. Mix all in a big bowl.Add salt,turmeric powder,chilli,hinger-garlic paste and curd as well.Mix nicely and keep for 30 minutes too rest..
  3. Now add fruit salt,instant mix it and transfer into greased tin.Bake it for at least 30 minutes in steamer..
  4. Now heat mustard oil for making tadka.Add all spices,crackle them nicely and pour in the top of Dhokla.Serve with green chutney,sauce or tamarind chutney.For detail watch the video of this recipe in my channel..
