Ingredients of Rava(semolina) puri

  1. It’s 250 gm of semolina (ravo).
  2. It’s 1 tbsp of oil.
  3. Take 1 tbsp of ghee.
  4. You need 8-10 of crushed black pepper.
  5. It’s 2-3 tbsp of water.
  6. You need as of Salt.
  7. It’s as required of Oil for frying.

In fact we never make poori without it.You may skip if you do not prefer.The recipe shared here will give you poori that will be slightly crisp, soft.They are crisp, a little hard, compared to the other pooris made for snack or breakfast.

Rava(semolina) puri step by step

  1. In a bowl add suji, ghee,oil black pepper and salt.first mix all the ingredients now add little water step by step…
  2. Make a tight Dough like bhakhri. Rest for 10 to 15 mins.meanwhile start gas and heat up oil..
  3. Make small and thick puri now fry it on medium to slow heat..till it's get slightly golden brown colour..you can store this for one month..
