- You need 1 cup of Porridge.
- You need of Green gram pulse 1cup.
- You need of Tomato 2 chopped.
- It’s of Onion 3 chopped.
- You need of Green chilli 2 chopped.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Garlic.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of Ginger.
- Make ready of Coriander leaves chopped.
- It’s 1 tsp of Oil.
- Take 1/2 tsp of Cumin seeds.
- It’s 1 pinch of Hing.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.
- Make ready to taste of Salt according.
- Prepare 5-6 cup of Water.
- You need of Garam masala (Cardamom 2-3,laung-3,Cinnamon small).

- Heat the cooker and put oil in it..
- Add cumin seeds and roast it.add the Gram Masala.After that add chopped onion, garlic, ginger,green chilly.a.
- Low the flame and add Porridge and add green gram pulse roast for 1 min. Add salt turmeric powder, Red chilli powder and add chopped tomatoes and roast it..
- Add 5-6 cup water mix them well and cook khichdi till 3 whistle,add coriander leaves..
- Serve with lots of ghee, Papad and peanut chutney. πππ.
