- Take 50 gm of moong or any dal.
- Prepare 1 of bowl.
- Prepare 1 of big onion chopped.
- Make ready of garlic n ginger vry little.
- It’s of turmeric powder.
- Make ready of salt.
- It’s of green chilli.
- It’s 1 of tomato chopped.
- Make ready of garam masala.
- It’s of oil.
- Prepare of cummin.

- Wash the pulses n chopped all vegitable.
- Put a cooker on flame put some oil add some akka jeera n chopped garlic add a bay leave also.
- Add onion saute it then add tomato n all masala as pr your test.
- Fry all masala then add dal n chopped bottel guard.
- Mix all this n add water as ur required but not make thick curry.
- Cook it for two whistle sprinkle some fresh coriander leaves n enjoy with rice or chapati.
