  11. Take 3 tbsp of Soya sauce.
  12. Take 1 pinch of salt, pepper and chicken stock.

Just mix enough olive oil with some crumbs to get the crumbs moist but not soaking wet.Add salt, pepper, and other spices as you wish to season.Dip each pork chop into egg.Press into Parmesan mixture until coated on both sides.
