Ingredients of Vegetarian Curry

  1. Make ready 1 medium of or more Onion.
  2. Make ready 1 of as much (to taste) Vegetables of your choice.
  3. You need 2 tbsp of Flour.
  4. Take 1 tbsp of Curry powder.
  5. It’s 1 piece of Ginger.
  6. Make ready 1 clove of Garlic.
  7. Make ready 1 tbsp of Canola oil.
  8. Make ready 1 tsp of Salt.
  9. It’s 2 tbsp of ☆Ketchup.
  10. It’s 2 tbsp of ☆Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce.
  11. You need 1 tbsp of ☆Hon-mirin.
  12. Prepare 1 tbsp of ☆Ground sesame paste.
  13. Make ready 1/2 tbsp of ☆Soy sauce.
  14. It’s 400 ml of Water.
  15. Take 1 of Soy milk.
  16. Take 1 of optional, if you have some Garam masala.

Vegetarian Curry instructions

  1. Mince the ginger and garlic. Cut up the vegetables. If you are in a hurry, cut them small and thin to shorten the cooking time. I used onions, carrots and asparagus this time (add the asparagus at the end)..
  2. Heat canola oil (or your favorite oil) in a pan and saute the minced ginger and garlic until fragrant..
  3. Add the vegetables and stir fry briefly. Add salt. Cover with a lid and steam cook for about 3 minutes..
  4. Add flour and mix well. Add the curry powder and stir quickly. Don't let it burn!.
  5. Add water and stir around once. Add the ☆ ingredients (the sesame paste not dissolve easily, so it is good to thin it first by mixing with soy sauce or other liquid ingredient)..
  6. Simmer until the vegetables are soft. Add the soy milk and garam masala to finish..
