Ingredients of Italian Upma- a tasty veggie blast
- It’s 1/2 cup of Semolina.
- Prepare 1 cup of Water.
- Make ready 1 of small chopped tomato.
- Prepare 1 of chopped green chili.
- You need 1 of small chopped onion.
- You need 1 of small chopped carrot.
- You need 1/2 cup of chopped red yellow or green Bellpaper.
- Make ready 1 tbsp of oil.
- You need 1 tbsp of butter.
- It’s 5-7 of Curry leaves.
- It’s 1 tbsp of mustard seed.
- You need 1 tbsp of cumin seeds.
- Take 1 tbsp of urad dal.
- You need 1 tbsp of chanadal.
- It’s 1 tbsp of mixed nuts.
- It’s to taste of Salt.
- Prepare 1/2 spoon of corn.
- Take 1/2 tbsp of black pepper.
- Take 1/2 spoon of mixed hurbs.
- You need 1 tbsp of pizza seasoning.
- It’s as required of Some chilli flakes.
- Make ready 1/2 tbsp of crushed garlic.
- Take 1 tbsp of mayonnaise.
- It’s 1 tbsp of red chilli sauce.
- Make ready 1 tbsp of tomato sauce.

- Take a deep pan. Heat oil..
- Then add butter, curry leaves, green chili, cumin seeds, mustard seed, urad dal, chanadal, mix everything well. And fry it 5 seconds..
- Then add mix nuts and fry it for 15 seconds. Then add chopped onions and fry it..
- Then add chopped tomatoes and carrot, corn, salt, mix it well. And cover it for 3 minutes..
- Then add mix Bell poppers and cook it well. Now add black pepper powder, mix herbs, pizza seasoning, chilli flakes, crused garlic and then add semolina, roasted it very well for 3 minutes. Then add water, mix it properly and cover the lid. This time the flame should be law. Now open the lid, stirred it again and cover the pan. We need to this twice or thrice..
- As our upma get cooked, here we add red chilli sauce, tomato sauce and mayonnaise and mix every thing well..
- Now upma is ready. Serve..
