Ingredients of Instant Paneer and Potato Pakora recipe

  1. Make ready 100 gm of besan/gram flour.
  2. You need as needed of Water for making batter.
  3. Take 4-5 tsp of Oil.
  4. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  5. It’s 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.
  6. Prepare 1/4 tsp of Red chilli powder.
  7. Take 250 gm of Cheese.
  8. Take 2 of Potatoes small size.
  9. It’s as needed of Oil for frying.
  10. You need as needed of Imli (Tamarind)for chutney.
  11. Take 1/2 tsp of Grinded Roasted jeera.
  12. It’s 1/2 tbs of Coriander powder.
  13. You need 1/4 tsp of Red chilli powder.
  14. Make ready 4 tsp of Sugar.

Instant Paneer and Potato Pakora recipe step by step

  1. Take gram flour in a bowl add water to make batter it's not too thick not so runny…
  2. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and 4tbs oil mix well, oil makes the pakoras crispy.
  3. Cut paneer and potato in slices.
  4. Take oil in a pan and when it's hot at medium pace than dip pieces of paneer and potato in the batter and slide them in the oil.
  5. Keep stirring 2 3 times and tansfer to tissue paper.
  6. Again these pakoras slide in the pan and stire it well untill it turns golden brown..
  7. For chutney take imli in a bowl add some water and keep it aside for 10 mins.
  8. Now straining it in a pan and place it at a medium flame add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, jeera powder and 4 tbs sugar..
  9. Now stirre it well untill it looks thick.
  10. Sprinkle chat masala on pakoras and serve hot with imli chutney..
