  1. It’s 1 cup of leftover biryani rice.
  2. Make ready Half cup of chopped onions.
  3. Prepare Half cup of chopped tomatoes.
  4. It’s 1 of green chill chopped.
  5. Take 1 teaspoon of ajwaein.
  6. Take 1 teaspoon of hing.
  7. Prepare 1 teaspoon of black pepper.
  8. You need 5 tablespoon of basin.
  9. You need of Oil for frying.

Rice Pakoras instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in leftover biryani rice.
  2. Mash it with hands so they are soft and broken into smaller chunks.
  3. Leave the mixture for 30 minutes.
  4. The onion will release water and there no need to add water.
  5. Heat oil on low flame and add the mixture with the help of ice-cream scoop.
  6. Let the ball, golden brown on low flame.
