  3. Take 4 tbsp of Gram flour.

  5. Prepare 1/4 tsp of Amchur(dry mango) powder.
  6. Take 1/2 tsp of chat masala.
  7. Take As needed of Oil for deep frying.

  1. Cut the bitter gourd in thin and round slices. Coat it with salt. Keep aside for 5-6 minutes..
  2. Take a bowl add gram flour, 1/4 tsp salt, amchur powder and red chilli powder. Add water and make a thick lump free batter..
  3. Wash the bitter gourd with water. Squeeze all the water. Put it in the batter..
  4. Heat oil in a wok. Fry all the pakora on medium heat till it becomes golden brown and crispy..
  5. Transfer it in a serving plate, sprinkle chat masala. Serve it with chutney or any sauce..
