  1. Dry roast Rava on a low to medium heat until crunchy transfer to bowl cool it.
  2. Add oil to a hot pan..
  3. Add mustard, cumin seeds, chana dal, urad dal& Peanuts.
  4. Fry until the dal & peanuts..turn Golden and aromatic..
  5. Put the Hing,chilli, Ginger & Curry leaves..
  6. Saute for a minute…add onion and fry until transparent….
  7. Pour water & add salt…as needed..set the flame to medium..
  8. Stir anything once to check any lumbs….
  9. Open the lid & stir once. add ghee if you like give a quick stir..
  10. Switch off the gas..& rest for 5 minutes..
  11. Serve hot upma with any chutney or curd..
