Ingredients of Bamboo Steamed Vegetables

- Take of Squash.
- Prepare of Cerery.
- You need of Spring onions.
- Take of Peas.
- Make ready of Beans.
- It’s of Greens.
- Prepare of Pak choy.
- It’s of Mushrooms - mixed.
- Prepare 1 of lemon and/or lime.
- Take 1 of thumb ginger.
- It’s 1 splash of ponzu.
- Make ready 1 of drizzle of sesame oil.
- You need of Seasonal fresh herbs (chopped).
- Make ready of Sesame seeds (optional).
Bamboo Steamed Vegetables instructions
- Wash and dry your veg. Line the bamboo steamer with a little baking paper (cut some holes)..
- Add enough water to a wok or pan so that the bamboo steamer can sit on top. Bring to the boil and reduce to a simmer. Add some ginger and/or lemon to the water if you wish..
- Place the steamer full of veg on top of the water. Put on the lid and steam until the veggies are cooked to your liking..
- Drizzle the veg with a little ponzu, lemon or lime and sesame oil. Sprinkle with seasonal fresh herbs and sesame seeds if you wish..
