Make ready 3 of eggs.
Take 200 g of sugar.
Take 15 cl of crème fraiche.
Take 15 cl of olive oil.
Take 15 cl of milk.

Take 100 g of Cacao powder.
You need 250 g of flour.
Make ready 1 of sprinkle salt.

Mix every ingredient except for flour and baking powder.
After having a fluid mixture, add flour and baking powder and continue mixing.
Add to a plate with approximately 25 cm diameter and put it in the oven.
Bake with 170°Celsius for about 35-40 min.
After turning off the oven let the cake rest inside for 5 min and take it out afterwards.
