  3. Take a teaspoon of butter Heat it in small kadhai. Add garlic let it saute fr 1 minute. Add all the vegetables and cover it and keep it fr 5 mins on simmer so that vegatables get cooked in the steam..
  4. Then add the whey liquid. Let it boil. Add salt, pepper, soya sauce and green chilli sauce according to your taste buds..
  5. Let it boil fr another 5 minutes. Serve hot with chopped coriander as garnish..
