  1. Prepare 200 gm of cottage cheese (paneer).
  2. You need 1 of Tomato.
  3. Prepare 1 of onion.
  4. It’s 1 of capsicum.
  5. Take 1 tsp of maggi masala.
  6. Take as needed of Coriander to garnish.
  7. It’s as needed of Butter.
  8. You need to taste of whole spices.

  1. Chop the veggies and heat the butter in a pan add cumin seeds stir it for 15-20 seconds then add onions into it !.

  3. After the veggies get a little mushy add coriander powder, garam masla red chilli powder & salt according to your taste or amount of spiciness you want.
  4. Now in a bowl mash the paneer with your hand or masher and add it into the pan and mix it well with veggies and finally add maggi masala in the end to give it a final touch !.
  5. Serve it by garnishing chopped coriander on top 😉.
