Ingredients of Matar paneer

  1. It’s 200 gms of Paneer.
  2. You need 2 of Onions medium sized.
  3. It’s 2 of Tomatoes medium sized.
  4. It’s 10 gms of Butter.
  5. Take as required of Garam Masala homemade(cinnamon, cloves, cardomom, peppercorn).
  6. Take 1 tbsp of Ginger garlic paste.
  7. Take 1 tsp of Turmeric powder.
  8. Prepare 1 tsp of Coriander powder.
  9. It’s 1 tsp of Red chilli powder.
  10. You need 1 of Dry red chilli.
  11. Make ready 4-5 of cashewnuts.
  12. You need as per taste of Salt.
  13. Make ready 100 grams of Peas.
  14. You need 1/2 tsp of Maggi Masala (optional).

  1. Take a pan, add butter heat well pour cube of paneer, till it turns light brown take it out and keep aside..

  5. Turn off the stove. Can serve with hot chapati, Paratha or any breads..
